Reservoir levels not doing too good. Even lower than last year actually.
12mm rainfall today, took longer to clear through than I expected & briefly windy as it finally cleared around 6pm. Temp dropping now, currently around 10c
Finally a quieter couple weeks ahead after manic 5 weeks which saw me clock up 6200 miles. Relentless wet days up have continued today with hefty showers which included hail at times. Coldest max 9.4C since 16th May which followed a low of 3.3C...
Maximum of 9c today after a 4c start to the day. Even the sky took on a wintry look with odd sharp shower in the afternoon. some photos from early morning to late afternoon.
Considering the MAXIMUM temperature here today was 1 3.8°C at: 00:41, that's quite a change from recent weeks, curren tly 10.8°C, the skies have cleared, could be interesting temps tonight. Now should I put the frost cover on the car as I'm back...
So nice to have some autumn freshness back in the air. Sunny spells and dry here until around mid afternoon, a few showers since, max of 13.9C. A much more chilly night to come.
